Your mission is to bring the Superhero Swim Academy program to your area and reach as many swim cadets through private residential swim lessons. What we need from you is a calling to work with children and adults to promote water safety and proper swimming techniques. With your help everyone can learn the act of Superhero Swimming and Safety in and around water!
Our current model is for individuals looking to be self-employed managing their own private swim lesson route or small swim school. As a owner you will be trained by Superhero Swim Academy, and we will provide the necessary training, materials, and support for you to grow your own swim lesson business in your area. Our ideal candidate demonstrates creativity, self-motivation, a passion to teach swim lessons, is coachable and looking for mentorship.
